Every domain is reviewed by AI on save. Websites with adult, hateful, abusive, scam or malicious content are blocked automatically.

When a customer asks something your instructions and files don't cover, the assistant searches only your approved domains and answers.
Frequently asked questions
Which websites can the assistant search?
Only the domains you add in the assistant's Web Search & Knowledge section, up to 30 per assistant, subdomains included. With no approved domain, web search is turned off for that assistant.
How does NeverOOO check a domain?
When you save the assistant, an AI review looks up each new domain and blocks it if it publishes adult, hateful, abusive, violent, illegal, gambling, malware, piracy, scam or self-harm content, or if it cannot be verified. Checks are refreshed every 24 hours.
Can a web page change how my assistant behaves?
No. Search results are treated as reference material only: the assistant keeps following your instructions, tone and approval settings and ignores any instructions written on a page.
Does web search replace the files I upload?
No, it complements them. Uploaded files remain the assistant's knowledge base; web search adds up-to-date information from your approved websites when files and instructions don't cover a question.
